Not worth at to find job ,bad experience getting every day,i have to apply for job in hospital and i have to go nilpa like to come with me she came with me,i stop at first in North Tryon new walmart ask associate can i talk to manager,she said she is manager but let talk to personal manager ,what you need ? i said i have to talk to manager,she ask me again for what well i apply on line and i like to find out  procedure of application,i like to check out process she said give me name and phone number i will contact with manager and then she dial number and said manager in break so she said i got your number she will call you !i left i talk to nilpa every time i coming in walmart other associate collect my name and number and manager not calling ?i like to go with further and find out manager first,she said "no"lets go come back later,i said no i going to find manager and talk to her
i visit back on electronic department talk to department manager she said Timmi is in break and she will not answer no one you have to come back when you got interview call? do you have interview today i said "no",i said every two month i apply for job and visiting in walmart asking for manager and every associate collecting my name and number i never got a callback from manager,i never had contact with manager !she said give you name and number and she is behind warehouse next to restroom entrance ,you come back later

Many Temporary Agency Refuse Me to Hire They Excuse like they looking for who’s Recently Got Laid off and I Believe its Discrimination Otherwise they won’t hire me!

I Got Job Search I apply On line But many business Not Calling And Not sending Message in email Because they Not Hiring Or I am not Qualified for Job Position.

How I am Find job when I apply Online and Next Time I visiting In That Business Manager Asking for name after they back that I am qualify for job latter on I for get and I contacting new business and new location for job

Last Time few Month age on 02/01./2012 I apply for job online at Wal-Mart and I Use Wal-Mart Computer File application pass assessment and I talk to associate assistant manager he said he not hiring but try to contact other Wal-Mart I contact other Wal-Mart explain Associate to contact wit manager and she said she gone a find manager for me other associate said she is manager but you have to contact next day on this phone number, when I contact manager on that phone number she said they not hiring but the will keep it application if any job available for me ,I said I can work any shift and any department.

I wait for this store answer? No I keep try other Wal-Mart and other location contact

Call in Wal-Mart at 704-545-0525 they don’t have job because all African working in Wal-Mart. hard to find other culture!

I going in library and search for job some day and using Charlotte observe paper to find job but I am not qualify for many job because I am not experience with that job and look liker I can do it customer service job or front desk Clark job but still not enough that they looking for many many year experience with this job person means not for few month few year experience I needed so I try cashier job because I use to run my store as is management persona and cashier but I apply for job and I show location and is all filled up with student or woman working as is cashier.

I can not find job for cashier because they not hire person like I am 45 year old age they look for woman to do easy job or cashier job or 60 and over age possible work on cashier

I work as is my last major position and long time long term I run my store from November 2001 to April 2010 (eight and half year experience)

Before that job I use to work in electronic technician field as is factory work on Soldering wave machine operator in solectron drive, Charlotte NC from December 2000 to September 2001 and I got laid off then I start to work as is own my food store that is last my major experience.

I visit many temporary agencies for job but fail why they had a job like office clerical or ware house but they do not have assembly job or machine operator job that I have experience, what ever experience I had that kind off job I found in Greensboro, Raleigh or Ash ville or other are or other state.

I apply for work shop to make batter resume and I made two page resume I can not fill out last 22 year job history or which year to which year I work I post last three job on resume for last 12 year and my past back ground was in Illinois from 1988 to 2000 I work in Illinois

Many many business not call for interview after fill out application personally online or faxed resume

I go t interview call from insurance company for life insurance agent and I am not qualify or I have to get licence and study once company call western and southern they done three interview .personally visited pass computer assessment and interview next time scheduled for phone interview in Ohio main branch corporate office I talk 30 minute 12 to 12:30 and they told me they ill filing to check my background they said back ground checked and I was sign up electronic when they send file in my email, I got reference number # kx-030612-ps7pp submission date03-06-12 with hire right and they approved but local concord agent call again for interview and I got message:

I am trying to get some position I finis three year in college and 4 year I fain in one subject is: English

English second language I learn here in USA, Chicago and Chicago suburb in 1988 to1990

I check with further education here for low income person as Is WIA program and online I sign u but when I visiting south blvd job link center they said they stop orientation, sound not look’s good to me

I start my Carrer to work in Pharmaceuticals  work two year and came in usa  start find first come first labor job ,it wasn't my field but start to down point to get up,when i am new in this country do not have car and money so geting ride and work in small company after i work their company production grow and company moved i got a difficulty in travel and i save money i bought car  after year,i quit last job and find near by other job but my family member told me to move on Nj and i visited their but paint guest room charge was so high,deceded to come back chicago suburb and start again o find job work in small company after two year they grow lotthey start stock market,i had to get married then visit over seascome back they not ready to hire me laid off six ,now start over i got a hard time to find full time job ! in diffrent field look work found work shrink wrap machine operator and Audio-video packing, After year i have to se my wife  so quit job and went overseas for two month,i was waiting for to bring in usa  with legal status and i file pitition year ago but she still their ! found work in chemical company work in shipping and receivingin 1994 to 1996 this company also grow after i start work they are in elkgrove village and moved in benseville with big space !but i do some thing diffrent i got sick to work in chemical and doctor visit i quit job start electronic field and start  to work in 3 com previouse merger usrobotics and i work like six month this company merge with 3 com they got plant skokie moved in mt prospect now is close to my house i got supervisor position in night shift but this company stop contract with my temp agency that i use to work and new agency, i fail here new agency hire more people and reduce hour and more people mess up with my position and hour they not organized,i am not happy with 30 hours but i got experience i start to look for full time permenent job but agency hire and sending in diffrent several company with temp position keep work 1996 to 1997 then change company with soldering position only one employee stay one year they  do not have much work solaid off after divorce sattle work in other company for few month electronic assembly laid off and got surface mount machine operator job stay on they over time people and end project they laid off people i work in cleaning & other still they do not won't laid off and start again with tem agency not 40 hour then i moved in Nc state work in soloctron they laid off 150 people on 9-11-2000 and after oct i lok for busines is gorw after year 60 % i stay with walmart open up near by i reduce business and close income wasn't enought i do not have other type of experience so i am unemplyee for last two year my back ground job i can't fnd in charlotte area looking for sales man position or life insurence agent

I am not born with experience but i had 22 year experience in different field,i use o leaving small Growing town now is bigger city,i got laid of in my last job in Sep 2001 and after i start my own food (hemalshah.mysite.com/blank.html  Retail)store (convenient store ),i increase sale 60 % first year in 2002,this community neighbor hood store was limited business,but i earn money & profit,closer  to my business only one store was located at time in 2002 and after 2002 area developed  mile away out side on intersection gas station build up and after again one in 2004 other gas station build up,still i got a good business2006 CVS and family dollar open in 1 1/2 mile area,2007 gas price going up food price changed i use to sell 69 cent purchase cost food can sell for 99 cent after gas price go up food can price go up around 89 cent that item i start to sell 1.09 or 1.19,people was use to feel dollar store, when they notice price go up they use to buy few item in store now after price go up in store they  start  going out.
am small convenient store owner this year is worse year may be for business people, so far i know it's was a bad year is last year 2008 many small business people loose money
Why i loose money because business is not on main road also many people moved as black African Americana and white Indian American and other white not spending money and Hispanic spending money !
Also i do not have some local distributor whoever stop by they are following
Budweiser,corona,miller,two wine distributor and other for food as Frito Lay,bimbo,marine la,Dixie belle ice cream,Hispanic two vendor for Hispanic product,for cigarette o buying for Sam's club and other some food drink also coming from Sam's club
My customer also visiting in Sam's club they coming in store then they telling me this candy is in Sam's club is 60 cent cost why is here 99 cent's

Some time i got a hard time to handle customer when they got a bad attitude and misunderstanding.
Some time customer challenging they not visiting in my store why so high price here walmart is cheaper
Some time they not wait for my story i can explain this store is emergency and convenient store for you so you can shop quick and you do not have to go far if they need one or two product it's waste of time to go out side and travel far this store located in small community where people earn money in house construction they will got a pay like so high like $12 ,$14 some one i talk to customer they said he get a paid $20 i said it's good money
But when they not shopping regularly in my store then it's effect on me they save Lot's of money but they not spend in small neighborhood and also out side of main road people they do not know that i got a store  in small community,so finally i got a limited customer here in store last year in winter i got a average customer per hour was 8 customer it;s reduced this year4 customer some time 3 customer average in hour it's too low compare to out side gas station ,in gas station customer visiting per minute 3 or four and i got a customer in hours ! it;s huge different
My customer they do not know they can not figure out what is business and how is business work !
They know only what they can find cheaper but in 200 house community may be every day about 50 houses will visiting in my store mostly Hispanic and they are mostly all good respective people
I do not understand why white and Black people not visiting in my store
out side of store their is a one gas station selling so cheep and they add may be 4 % profit margin in beer and i add and Other store adding 20 % profit margin 12 hour and about72 customer= 6 people is not enough for running this business ,i need a more customer but some of the bad customer coming in store and they telling my other customer were in store they first try to talk to customer when they are in line for waiting to purchase product then they telling you pay this amount here no stop go out side in other gas station is here they are selling cheap and they are some of four cheap people breaking my business it was wonder full business i got in 2002 and 2003 but that time kid's and teen age was use to steal can in 2002 i loose like 5000 $ in stealing but ens of year i am not earn anything first year i increase grocery and put money in investment

March19,2009 = 10:45 pm, one Hispanic coming in store and ask for Marlboro cigarette,i charge $4.65 plus tax is 7.25%=total 4.99,he said why is 4.99 i paid last time $4.65 so why is today$ 4.99 he give me $ 10 so i give him 5 dollar bill and Penny he keep looking Mr ND looking on register and telling me he paid without tax last time $4.65 and i said impossible i charge tax and everybody paying tax if you get it with $4.65 and you not pay tax then you are lucky i said this is the my price i explain to him before two week price increase in USA mean in whole country(it's increase here in my town at Sam's club is $7.10 on Monday march-2-2009) he keep argument with me he blaming i am raising price, price not up and also he blaming for cheating other store cross to my store selling with tax$4.85 and i am selling $4.99 with tax before he left he said store is cheating i am not come back on store

1:10 pm Frito lay vendor came and he given ticket of invoice i check all product then i seat down behind counter (desk) and hid he fill up rack then three expire bag he has to take it out but wrote check and i stand up that time he throw full box of seed in side in empty box and i said wait what you doing why you take it with you ?i paid for this so why you take it out said he was bring by mistake extra,i said no when you enter in store with product then immediately i go with him and counted pieces i know he bring one box but he said he bring two box of sesame seed. he wrong but he excuse that he bring two and i know he bring only one he said what ever one box is mine and i said i going to call in company and complain about you watch it !

Yesterday 03-30-2009 customer trying to buy some thing next to cash register,i have Mexican pastry bread rack he was looking something and he pick up food and looking my register at the time in my register time was 10:57 am he keep thinking and feel like nerves and then he ask ME how much for this ? i said $1.29and he keep looking at register time 10:57 am then i told him i did not charge for tat food on the register you looking it;s a time not amount of food that you trying to purchase i hope he understand because i am not speaking Hispanic and i clear from register my time so he can understand and charge food price then he said OK he wanna buy ? !

April19,2010 my birth day and perent decided to shut down usiness and purchas is very low 66 dolllar ond day in feb,2010 and to day this month 80 to 125 daoller sell mean too low
April21,2010 court day vit court waiting or seat on chaire they call my name 11:30 i did not have to see judge they said guilty then court date is june2 other vise join school and paid court fee 130 and school fee 60=$190 then wait for line and see cashie she ask for day to join school is morning or night and day option select may 3 monday morning

April23,2010 customer asking beer also buy one get on free i said 10 % discount he ask for 24 coronita,i said $18.49 and tax 20.02 and 10 % off after 18.08 they not buy beer and they left ,last month those people was use to pay 18 .39 and tax $18.91 total 2008 lost=6080

2010 lost=5000 & goodwill 20000
