i cut grass in september and still they said i did not cut grass and i got hearing on 10-16-2012
they let me go ,they wave my finme $429
i cut grass on wednesday on 10-16-2012 they know and board of director said ya they like at you had a grass before like 5 feet and i never had that much only in some area i had grass grow 12 inch(feet)
THEY WONT COUNT WHAT EVER JOB DIONE IN YARD ALL YARD GRASS CUT IN 8000 SQ FEET AND THEY TOOK PICTURE ARROUND MAILBOX THE GRASS WAS THEIR 6 INCH !
that is they looking for?they took that picture on august and before i cut grass and i hire man and paid $35 for him and he cut grss on 06-30-2012 and july 5 ,2012 community inspected or not inspected and they print statement 9lattera) that i did not cut grass and it was like 3 inch grass on that day/

Social Service Free Transportation Program
Transportation at social service I am hemal shah,Writing regarding abuse and discriminated by state and state worker employee
State worker employee has to be organize about their job if they not organize then it come to innocent person is huge trouble. Here story about social service :
New program i join with social service transportation program according to them i am qualified for program and i can spend $500 for car repair and also two month auto insurance they will pay
i provided proof of insurance,they search my income i am eligible for program & i joint program
social service given one form that i have to present to my insurance company all state
I visited all state all state to fill out form and report me thy cannot file legal form is against law they print copy and told me to refuse (denied) will cover me for two month
At the time all state not ask for payment and said you fine they will cover me for two month,form that i have to mail whatever Allstate refuse to sign i personally drop at social service mail box
Full story:November payment i paid in office new social service paid payment so i do not have to pay for December and January
December 23 i visited social service office person who sign up program she discuss about car repair i told her cost 939 $and only 500 dollar social service maximum cover so i do not like to repair,i present my job record work sheet
January end i receive statement to pay 79.91 and i did not contact all state but i visited in February first week in social service person not present who's ever sign up for me
I Received mail from state DMV about unpaid Auto insurance i am shocked i visit Allstate office
Report they said they can not file legal form and they not get any payment from me or social service
Then complain then who's responsible for this all state not report and social service also not reported to me, All sate associate said you have to check with social service transportation Allstate not receive they not receive payment then coverage is decline (suspend insurance)
They told me to check with them they not get it any responses from social service,i ask for proof to paid up amount on paper why social service not paid and why both or one of party not contact me !,i need proof which month not paid they print copy for me
i visited social service i explained other employee Denise ....she told me other associate who 's sign up for me she is not here !
Denise told me she can collect copy and when se will coming in office on 02-09-2012 then she will going to call me,i requesting to state i am innocent and i do not like to return my license plate to DMV
i know if i return plate and when my insurance start then for new plate i have to pay $100 plus29 for plate sticker, please i like to fix this problem i like to know why social service transportation not call me !

care ring last year enroll in care ring medicle program,and i am qulified ecause low income ,care ring fing doctor for me and i recieced medicle card in mail my last name look like arebian so they find arebian doctor for me't take medicle program so

What a horrible trouble sending check $189 court cost
March11,2011 i am stop by Washington, NJ police officer, pull over in parking lot according to police officer my "my registration suspended “found wrong information in computer present my valid registration expiring June-30,2011 and state auto insurance card
I paid for vehicle insurance and paid for registration, then why should i get trouble !officer said nothing he can do you have to present in court, or tell judge and judge make a decision, they found in "computer system" is my "registration suspended" then is suspended
It’s all computer system mistakes, my insurance company report to state and download file but some reason state won’t get it. Its cause wrong information apply in police dept computer system
Whenever last year in march 8 I pull over I present driver license insurance card and vehicle registration card, in past I send proof of all valid DL reg and insurance by twice mail
I am innocent in this case I providing and mailing all proof of valid insurance registration DL about 18 pages and notarized vehicle registration copy.

August14,2010 Accident
i visit bank when i make right turn from bank paring lot and stay between two road (turning lane)to make a left, this road turn in plaza, their is two vehicle was front of me they not moving because traffic flowing, when traffic clear small truck make a left turn, one car front off me he is not moving his vehicle, I Press horn but he not moving? ! I trying to go over of him turn right and cross going forward on right & front of him and he’s blocking me he not let me go further , I thought he not like me when I press horn I try to go left side and cut him to go forward but he block me and not let me go.
Preplaning he pull in reverse and hit to my car !!!!!!!!!,I got a huge force i can control my self at the time I got seatbelt on but I bounce my self and left up my self and I hit my head to glass, glass got a crack ,my head swollen out side Temprature was 92or 94 degree, when my head hit to glass is turn round circle and spread line of crack, other guy was talking n his cell phone he come out and blaming me what I done !
their is no witness he call police and reported that he him me and police asking me I told police I was few fit away front of turning area and this guy push me in reverse and I found my self front of first citizen parking area, so he push me 15 to 20 feet, police officer tell we both have to move in church parking lot then police officer talk to other person who hit me in reverse, then police talk to me, police said he do not know what happen? he said I was behind that guy and he got a back bumper damage then you will get it ticket, judge will deciding who's in fault ! and if judge decided that it is not my fault then they can view your ticket but he said he has to give me ticket, he told me to present witness if you have any, i said their is no witness, then he said hire attorney and everything will work out in court and tell judge in court what happen ? !
i hire attorney in concord, NC ask for door to door then find one at same street for auto related attorney who handle this kind of case, attorney office given appointment other attorney charge also same or less this person said they doing best in town and they resolve many cases, I got a appointment the date i meeting attorney I discuss and he said is hard to prove it, it that other person pull in reverse and he hit Me!
so he can not do any think i said three day left where i can go to find other attorney he asking me what he can do/ i said do your best he said i merge with judge and he know his family with judge relationship when his father was attorney, so he trying to do something for me is cost fee of discuss $250.00 you have to pay and other amount paid latter when same on court date
court date ,i visited in office front desk lady said i have to meet attorney but he is not here then i can go in court and wait for attorney to come and he will find you or contact him 8;00 am to wait until 11:30 meet attorney he said is 1130 to 12:30 lunch time and paid fee 250.00 in office then he will work for me also he asking he show other person in court i said no he is not in court lunch time one hour lunch come back ,i visited in Taco bell, paid 250.00 in office and going in court, discuss with attorney my case was first they call my name I stand next to attorney, judge asking about Accidently then police office come out (he was Different police officer) and judge and attorney discuss and attorney told me in my ear go everything settle you wait out side ,i do not move and he told me same thing again then i left the court, he was still standing front of judge !,I do not know what they doing !
five minute after judge coming too me and he said case is denied you can go because other person was not present in court. I need justice. why should I pay for high insurance even if it’s not my fault and point count against me !

no no he said he not gone a work with me,he said court trying to remove point

On date 12-11-2012 I was I Tacobell finish dinner after going back home, driving west toward charlotte.NC. I have to pass Roberta road and I have to stop in Lowes food store so I have to make a left at Robinson avenue
After I pass Roberta road I check in rear mirror someone following to close to my vehicle and she was behind my car, winter time it’s to dark at 8:05 pm, that is metal stick between road between Robinson avenue to Roberta Road on hwy 49 ones I pass all metal stick wall ,I have to make a left on Robinson avenue (there is no left turn sign here) so I make it left turn but make sure I did not hit my car to metal stick while making left turn, after I pass metal stick row make a left

Bp gas Station Bad experience
i work in bp gas sattion for short time position,they might be need person for week because manager going in vacatinon,but before hiring they not telling you are for only short termhere/in interview they ask would you like to work temporary full time and i said yes,other option part time to full time any shift ,dosen't matter
may 30,2012 i work in night shift and lady teach me how to work in gas sation next day they call me for night shift training, i run my self in nigt shift ,i feel up cooler and some bottle not available in store like water"nestle" so i can not feel up that spot
alsi springtime not have it in store so i am not feel up, beer cooler some item wasn't
first day in first shift their they will get it delivery monday and i working 10 pm suday night to 6 am morning monday morning,lady at monday night 10 pm 2nd shift maxican manager told me "you not feel up beer" i walk with her she show me ball beer suppose to be on rack and i notice they got beer while i am sleeping at home or (after 6 am between 5 pm) now 1 st shift or scond shift or second shift associate feel up beer or driver add up beer on door rack,she blaming i am not done any thing i said i did not get delivory before 6 am so i am not responsible

Last Time few Month age on 02/01./2012 I apply for job online at Wal-Mart and I Use Wal-Mart Computer File application pass assessment and I talk to associate assistant manager he said he not hiring but try to contact other Wal-Mart I contact other Wal-Mart explain Associate to contact wit manager and she said she gone a find manager for me other associate said she is manager but you have to contact next day on this phone number, when I contact manager on that phone number she said they not hiring but the will keep it application if any job available for me ,I said I can work any shift and any department.
I wait for this store answer? No I keep try other Wal-Mart and other location contact

I visit many temporary agencies for job but fail why they had a job like office clerical or ware house but they do not have assembly job or machine operator job that I have experience, what ever experience I had that kind off job I found in Greensboro, Raleigh or Ash ville or other are or other state.

My job experience
I start my Carrer to work in Pharmaceuticals work two year and came in usa start find first come first labor job ,it wasn't my field but start to down point to get up,when i am new in this country do not have car and money so geting ride and work in small company after i work their company production grow and company moved i got a difficulty in travel and i save money i bought car after year,i quit last job and find near by other job but my family member told me to move on Nj and i visited their but paint guest room charge was so high,deceded to come back chicago suburb and start again o find job work in small company after two year they grow lotthey start stock market,i had to get married then visit over seascome back they not ready to hire me laid off six ,now start over i got a hard time to find full time job ! in diffrent field look work found work shrink wrap machine operator and Audio-video packing, After year i have to se my wife so quit job and went overseas for two month,i was waiting for to bring in usa with legal status and i file pitition year ago but she still their ! found work in chemical company work in shipping and receivingin 1994 to 1996 this company also grow after i start work they are in elkgrove village and moved in benseville with big space !but i do some thing diffrent i got sick to work in chemical and doctor visit i quit job start electronic field and start to work in 3 com previouse merger usrobotics and i work like six month this company merge with 3 com they got plant skokie moved in mt prospect now is close to my house i got supervisor position in night shift but this company stop contract with my temp agency that i use to work and new agency, i fail here new agency hire more people and reduce hour and more people mess up with my position and hour they not organized,i am not happy with 30 hours but i got experience i start to look for full time permenent job but agency hire and sending in diffrent several company with temp position keep work 1996 to 1997 then change company with soldering position only one employee stay one year they do not have much work solaid off after divorce sattle work in other company for few month electronic assembly laid off and got surface mount machine operator job stay on they over time people and end project they laid off people i work in cleaning & other still they do not won't laid off and start again with tem agency not 40 hour then i moved in Nc state work in soloctron they laid off 150 people on 9-11-2000 and after oct i lok for busines is gorw after year 60 % i stay with walmart open up near by i reduce business and close income wasn't enought i do not have other type of experience so i am unemplyee for last two year my back ground job i can't fnd in charlotte area looking for sales man position or life insurence agent

I am not born with experience but i had 22 year experience in different field,i use o leaving small Growing town now is bigger city,i got laid of in my last job in Sep 2001 and after i start my own food (hemalshah.mysite.com/blank.html Retail)store (convenient store ),i increase sale 60 % first year in 2002,this community neighbor hood store was limited business,but i earn money & profit,closer to my business only one store was located at time in 2002 and after 2002 area developed mile away out side on intersection gas station build up and after again one in 2004 other gas station build up,still i got a good business2006 CVS and family dollar open in 1 1/2 mile area,2007 gas price going up food price changed i use to sell 69 cent purchase cost food can sell for 99 cent after gas price go up food can price go up around 89 cent that item i start to sell 1.09 or 1.19,people was use to feel dollar store, when they notice price go up they use to buy few item in store now after price go up in store they start going out.
am small convenient store owner this year is worse year may be for business people, so far i know it's was a bad year is last year 2008 many small business people loose money
Why i loose money because business is not on main road also many people moved as black African Americana and white Indian American and other white not spending money and Hispanic spending money !
Also i do not have some local distributor whoever stop by they are following
Budweiser,corona,miller,two wine distributor and other for food as Frito Lay,bimbo,marine la,Dixie belle ice cream,Hispanic two vendor for Hispanic product,for cigarette o buying for Sam's club and other some food drink also coming from Sam's club
My customer also visiting in Sam's club they coming in store then they telling me this candy is in Sam's club is 60 cent cost why is here 99 cent's
It's funny people and funny business
Some time i got a hard time to handle customer when they got a bad attitude and misunderstanding.
Some time customer challenging they not visiting in my store why so high price here walmart is cheaper
Some time they not wait for my story i can explain this store is emergency and convenient store for you so you can shop quick and you do not have to go far if they need one or two product it's waste of time to go out side and travel far this store located in small community where people earn money in house construction they will got a pay like so high like $12 ,$14 some one i talk to customer they said he get a paid $20 i said it's good money
But when they not shopping regularly in my store then it's effect on me they save Lot's of money but they not spend in small neighborhood and also out side of main road people they do not know that i got a store in small community,so finally i got a limited customer here in store last year in winter i got a average customer per hour was 8 customer it;s reduced this year4 customer some time 3 customer average in hour it's too low compare to out side gas station ,in gas station customer visiting per minute 3 or four and i got a customer in hours ! it;s huge different
My customer they do not know they can not figure out what is business and how is business work !
They know only what they can find cheaper but in 200 house community may be every day about 50 houses will visiting in my store mostly Hispanic and they are mostly all good respective people
I do not understand why white and Black people not visiting in my store
out side of store their is a one gas station selling so cheep and they add may be 4 % profit margin in beer and i add and Other store adding 20 % profit margin 12 hour and about72 customer= 6 people is not enough for running this business ,i need a more customer but some of the bad customer coming in store and they telling my other customer were in store they first try to talk to customer when they are in line for waiting to purchase product then they telling you pay this amount here no stop go out side in other gas station is here they are selling cheap and they are some of four cheap people breaking my business it was wonder full business i got in 2002 and 2003 but that time kid's and teen age was use to steal can in 2002 i loose like 5000 $ in stealing but ens of year i am not earn anything first year i increase grocery and put money in investment

(3-18-2009=7:05 pm) Hispanic boy visit at store garb Frito lay Cheetos price stamp mark on bag $1.29 and food tax 2% so $1.32 kid's do not have a money than i said put it back that time Hispanic adult came in and he put beer on counter and he ask boy how much money short ? i said he got one dollar i need 32 cents more he put his hand in pocket and said he do not have any money and he put it back beer in cooler and he go out side in van and he give it some change for kid so he can buy Cheetos. she paid that man left home in this neighborhood and come back with money and buy two 24 oz beer can (7:15 pm)
kid's they are funny they enjoy in her/his age between 10 to 18 they are not serious about anything this is time to play and entertainment
March19,2009 = 10:45 pm, one Hispanic coming in store and ask for Marlboro cigarette,i charge $4.65 plus tax is 7.25%=total 4.99,he said why is 4.99 i paid last time $4.65 so why is today$ 4.99 he give me $ 10 so i give him 5 dollar bill and Penny he keep looking Mr ND looking on register and telling me he paid without tax last time $4.65 and i said impossible i charge tax and everybody paying tax if you get it with $4.65 and you not pay tax then you are lucky i said this is the my price i explain to him before two week price increase in USA mean in whole country(it's increase here in my town at Sam's club is $7.10 on Monday march-2-2009) he keep argument with me he blaming i am raising price, price not up and also he blaming for cheating other store cross to my store selling with tax$4.85 and i am selling $4.99 with tax before he left he said store is cheating i am not come back on store

Some time i got a hard time to handle customer when they got a bad attitude and misunderstanding.
Some time customer challenging they not visiting in my store why so high price here walmart is cheaper
Some time they not wait for my story i can explain this store is emergency and convenient store for you so you can shop quick and you do not have to go far if they need one or two product it's waste of time to go out side and travel far this store located in small community where people earn money in house construction they will got a pay like so high like $12 ,$14 some one i talk to customer they said he get a paid $20 i said it's good money
But when they not shopping regularly in my store then it's effect on me they save Lot's of money but they not spend in small neighborhood and also out side of main road people they do not know that i got a store in small community,so finally i got a limited customer here in store last year in winter i got a average customer per hour was 8 customer it;s reduced this year4 customer some time 3 customer average in hour it's too low compare to out side gas station ,in gas station customer visiting per minute 3 or four and i got a customer in hours ! it;s huge different
My customer they do not know they can not figure out what is business and how is business work !
They know only what they can find cheaper but in 200 house community may be every day about 50 houses will visiting in my store mostly Hispanic and they are mostly all good respective people

Employee visit at 3:00 pm he get it wages $6.00 per hours he came is then go in beer cooler to fill up i do not have to fill up any
So when i start count money in register he act like he is my boss he moving to beer end to door other end like in Hindi old movie villein moving or some one are waiting for some one and got a more pressure on his or her head then they moving in, it's show up in movie they got something in their mind or he/she got something in mind moving with tension

I left then go one block then i call wife we have to go ware house store she said it's about 4 pm and it's closing at 4 then i go back to store find bro user and call it's closing at 4:00
I found student who's riving car before who ever not driving car they got a difficulty to get her from university to my store about two mile so many student quit in day because traveling problem

August 28,20009 yesterday one customer blast or fall down gallon milk container at middle of door she walk with broken gallon and yielding to kids was setting in van or SUV and she walk by office side and then i go out side and said given to me that broken gallon and get the other one she ask me it's free i said "yes" it's free
Today morning i talk to office next door to Patricia yesterday night customer break the gallon milk she said i doubt my do got a milk on it i said i have to clean it up she said i told her i will cleaning floor and i fill up bucket of mop that i use to clean up floor and fill up water dump on plaster cement concrete floor and start to scrub with sweeping broom and start to clean up 9:30 to 10:30 i spend time

Customer coming at counter and punch on counter desk and said why in washer machine $1.75 and other machine price is $1.00 and i said relax i tell you we reduce price on machine to $1.25 to one dollar and today morning i found on one machine $1.75 and i call company to change price to machine as $1.00they will coming tomorrow,he upset give me my money i said let me check machine and i will give you money back
I go to next door in office and talk to Patricia i need help can you come to the store for minute
I explain front of her if machine broke then let us know and i will give you refund and post out of order sign ,i do not know when machine will be breaking until customer let use know ?

Also candy gas station sell $1>59 king size and i sell that$1.49 in my store but still customer complain 1.49 is high they going in gas station ? !!!!!

Two white guys visit in laundry they come with cloth in cloth large bag then they add cloth in washer and they left they go for lunch they ask me what time i closing for lunch and i said 1:30 then i went in lunch i come back after half hour they are show up ,my wife work in store then i left out for my personal (eye exam) she call me o my sell phone and said Hispanic man asking for his basket i ask i do not under stand she said other two white man was in laundry they come with basket ? i said n then she said this Hispanic asking for basket i said two white guy was before lunch where they are she said they finish laundry and they had a basket, i said no they come with cloth bag and they took Hispanic customer basket come back to business and talk to Hispanic finally i told him sorry you have to be stay here and watch your stuff he said i do not care i can get it other basket from "walmart"

Last four day business geting so worsti can not go further door will be open many time people going in and going out from neighborhood and i keep looking those black and white people who's not coming in store! if they come then i can earn money in this economy !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Last week one white girl came in sore she need beer but she think ber price high then "wilco"gas station and i said no we pay more and this ius small neighboor hood i have to markup high because not enought people leave here or coming in store so i can earn money and she said your cigaratte price like 6 dollar pack i said who's said that ? no which cigaratte she said any i said which one she said marlboro i said is $4.00 and tax 5.40 so is not six posible when customer paid4 6 then he/she got change back 60 cent that they wil not counting and "rumour 'telling other peoplre that we sell cigaratte is $ 6 snd it's messing up my business and it's high then gas station or close to my store Other store name"wilco:' they sell for 4.39 or 4.49 they have vendor whole sale distributor and buy down commision and i did not get it because store won's sell that much what evre cigaratte co recomended 20 carton or 30 carton

April19,2010 my birth day and perent decided to shut down usiness and purchas is very low 66 dolllar ond day in feb,2010 and to day this month 80 to 125 daoller sell mean too low
April21,2010 court day vit court waiting or seat on chaire they call my name 11:30 i did not have to see judge they said guilty then court date is june2 other vise join school and paid court fee 130 and school fee 60=$190 then wait for line and see cashie she ask for day to join school is morning or night and day option select may 3 monday morning
April23,2010 customer asking beer also buy one get on free i said 10 % discount he ask for 24 coronita,i said $18.49 and tax 20.02 and 10 % off after 18.08 they not buy beer and they left ,last month those people was use to pay 18 .39 and tax $18.91 total 2008 lost=6080
