Writing regarding traffic ticket, I got a stop by police office deputy k c Mcclure (0238)

By making a improper right turn or in proper left turn, or by a making a improper u-turn or improper turn by directional marker by failing to make a (right)(left) turn in a manner as directed by directional sign or marker (G.S 20-153)

On date 12-11-2012 I was I Tacobell   finish dinner after going back home, driving west toward charlotte.NC.  I  have to pass Roberta road  and I have to stop in Lowes food store so I have to make a left at Robinson avenue

After I pass Roberta road I check in rear mirror someone following to close to my vehicle and she was behind my car, winter time it’s to dark at 8:05 pm, that is metal stick between road between Robinson avenue to Roberta Road on hwy 49 ones I pass all metal stick wall ,I have to make a left on Robinson avenue (there is no left turn sign here) so I make it left turn  but make sure I did not hit my car to metal stick while  making left turn, after I pass metal stick row make a left

 While making left turn police officer turn on light for second and cut off and that ‘s time mess up my concentration on making turn on left is little go off

Other violation is police officer she was following so close to my vehicle then I did not see her Top light after I pass Roberta road I told my wife at time someone following closely!

I request to court to wave my charges and penalty
