Bp gas Station Bad experience

i work in bp gas sattion for short time position,they might be need person for week because manager going in vacatinon,but before hiring they not telling you are for only short termhere/in interview they ask would you like to work temporary full time and i said yes,other option part time to full time any shift ,dosen't matter
may 30,2012 i work in night shift and lady teach me  how to work in gas sation next day they call me for night shift training, i run my self in nigt shift ,i feel up cooler and some bottle not available in store like water"nestle" so i can not feel up that spot
alsi springtime not have it in store so i am not feel up, beer cooler some item wasn't
first day in first shift their they will get it delivery monday and i working 10 pm suday night to 6 am morning monday morning,lady at monday night 10 pm 2nd shift maxican manager told me "you not feel up beer" i walk with her she show me ball beer suppose to be on rack and i notice they got beer  while i am sleeping at home or (after 6 am between 5 pm) now 1 st shift or scond shift or second shift associate feel up beer or driver add up beer on door rack,she blaming i am not done any thing i said i did not get delivory before 6 am so i am not responsible
i work at bp gasstation and they wont pay wages i reported to labor department

I use to work volunteer work at charlotte Hindu center and I got communicate with other Hindu people and some one pass message to RNK express owner and I they looking for employee to work in gas station and that was me I got a one day personally contact with owner Rajiv shah and he told me to meet me at gas station on Friday and I visited and he told me he will going India so you have to watch all employee and as is employee you have to work in shop you had store experience so you can make it to work in gas station.

But you need a training so our night shift associate will train you at night because 1 st shift and 2 nd shift are so busy and they will change schedule to work in  different shift and I was agree with him to work 3 day free without pay from May 20 ,2012

African black Lady teach me how to work in night shift and work in store and also Hispanic senior lady (previous0 manger also tech me how to work in cooler and feel up well, also they told me if shift change then I have to work inside in store and when they will get more customer in store and one cashier busy then I have to start work in other register

I got three day training but they won’t teach me lottery machine ,little minor basic operating they show up how to print copy of lottery

So I ask to work 4 th day as is training in store
Next week schedule they set up in second shift and work 5 to 10 is my hour and according to Rajiv shah call he told me to stay extra hour several time and I stay extra hour but it won’t change in schedule ,
I told Rajiv shah I am not available to work on Thursday because I got a school and they making schedual for 25 hour and I work 20 hour and those week I got a paid as is 10 hour and I talk to them and rajiv said it will posting in other week because they start work paying from Tuesday to Monday and after week I skip Thursday but Rajiv told me to work instead Friday and I work but I did not got a pay for 5 hour and I stay on that day extra time?

 

? After all different week and different schedule they not pay me and they not mark up in schedule for extra hour because may be miscommunication with owner and manager or I am corrupted. I start to make customer purchase duplicate copy for my time record that is only I can provide proof of hour that I worked!
