Whom I concern to Wright regarding fraundamental issue by sm corp. or discover card
I join with Sm corp. when online banner pop up in computer ,I call company front desk representative On 08-03-2010, she offer $25 for membership with sm corp. or for life time membership will be 175 $(25 for this month credit voucher after join with lift time membership) 175+25=200 membership bit if you join now then other 5 $ discount I will get it=170$ is my charges
She lie as is 195 and $ 25 sending free gift card to use it! So your cost will be is $170
(Company doesn’t give me any $25 free gift card but I have to order gift card and sell it) That I founded later on when I talk to coach
(Discover charge 170+25= 195) for membership
After cancel service on 08-23-2010 discover post 184.95 credit instead $ 195.00
Discover reverse charge without my authority and charge on 10-05-2010
I had have a home phone at the time when I sign up with sm corp. on 08-03-2010 and charge apply in discover on 08-04-2010
30 day policy for cancellation so I can cancel service during 08-04-2010 to 09-03-2010

Sm corp. Front desk Clark collects credit card information and she told me Saturday one of our associate (coach) will give you more information about business and other about company.
On Saturday exact 1:00 pm coach call me and he introduce his self and she ask me about my self half hour is over
He said they will give three free conversations with coach and if you need more information about business and other then they will charge on credit card.
Coach told me you will receive kit from them. And I received kit and they call me on same day !(good timing and calculation)
2nd time they will call you if you are interest to do business and they will sign up
Other coaches will you give more guide lines and he will set you up for membership
2nd call coaches call me and I wasn’t like to join with this business I said “yes and “no” several time and I was confusing myself to make judgment.
He said many people join on this business and they operate company for last 60 year in California.
You have to sell product on line or folia market or they have website they can add me is $26.99 per month and I said I cannot make up mind he suggest me you have to sell product on line and is first month free for you then you will pay
Select the name for web site or otherwise they will select for me and hang up after few minute he call back
He said use “hemalshahgiftshop.biz & I said no I like to search other I search on line and some other name wasn’t register with internet and some domain name is available then I said I like to use giftshop.com so I can get it more customers and doing more business.
He refusing whatever name I like to create as is website then I confuse more and said I do not like to join in this business then he offer $700worth gift card free and is coast $8.14 coast of each card and you will get it 36 card free (700/36) each card coast $ 8.14
So he will going to order other product for me, from my menu kit ands he going to buy $700 worth other item .and I am authorized credit card
But they charge in bill $700+195+100)= 995
I founded later on with company when I call front desk they said they are not finding my account and I wouldn’t getting anything from company as is free.
At time my home line disconnected on August 10, 2010 and also my cell phone contract end too so I do not have any phone at home and cell phone eight her.
I using outside sprint Display phone or AT& T display Phone
When I using Sprint display phone “discover “ add up other outside public phone without my authority
I confusing with sm corp. charges so I decided to cancel service
Because 700was bill+195=895 they have to charge and they had price when I sign up on 08-03-2010 it was $ 195 for lift time membership and they charge me $295 instead $195
(700+195)=895 and or (800+195) =895
They charge
$800 for gift card
(800+195)=995 and or (700+295) =995
$800 for gift card charge I am not authorized I authorized for $700 for other product purchase and that product I am not received
According to them 08-16-2010 membership fee raise by 100 $ so (195+100=295)
I decided to cancel service because I am confused.
I call company they said they cannot find my account number after several call someone said talk to coach they are responsible for charges not the company
I call coach he said he not responsible for charges he told me to contact with company manager
Next day I call and front desk office operator ask when did you sign up I given date 08-03-2010 and who I talk to I said Pamela she said no one work with this name in this company
I ask for help I like to cancel service she hang up phone and next call person help me she told me the kit I receiving that kit and whole box I have to ship back in sm corp. warehouse address with all material. And then call back here then they will give me confirmation.I go home ship all product with gift card and menu kit and is cost me $ 13.
I send by certified mail and then visit sprint shop use display phone and I given my certified mail number and she given confirmation it was so long.
According to my attorney confirmation is incorrect or is not suppose to be too long or it’s incorrect
According to my attorney they get gift card.
I call sm corp.& process credit and I also call discover and reported that I am cancel sm corp. account and it’s must me 995 credit on same date when I shipped package on 08-24-2010.when charge reverse without my authority on 10-05-2010 and it’s fraud
