Care Ring Service Experience

care ring last year enroll in care ring medicle program,and i am qulified ecause low income ,care ring fing doctor for me and i recieced medicle card in mail my last name look like arebian so they find arebian doctor for me't take medicle program so

30 june ,2011 i visited to doctor off and report for all problem like vision check (pedic)back pain they only check foe blood pressure and weight
they have to check care ring for my eye doctor and then my doctore reffral other doctor but is not confirm until october20111
when i get later from one of the medicle branch about doctor appoiment i call them they said they did not take "care ring" medicle plan
with out planor medicle insurance i can not spend extra money from my pocket ,i report to my doctor office visit personall
no responses then i visit again doctor office and carering
care ring refuse when i got appoiment then i am not show up to doctor,i excuss doctor won't take
madicle program cover eye therapy
she ignor me and said you have to spend money your owen,they not cover eye therapy.
appoiment ski because some document they needed,appoiment continue with date july,2012,agust9,2012 &new care ring appoiment in august22,2012.
