i am hemal shah righting regarding spy issue
i find on line pop up add to enroll in business earn 60 to80 % profit ,i call office and join with lifetime membership $189.00
According to operator i can cancel policy during in 30 days

next coach call me after conversation done he said if you do not like to inroll in business then it's fine and they are in business for last 60 day and coach will set up free online account or you have to cell product in face book get more friend and eight her sell in felia market
internet service if i like to join then it cost for only 26.99 for month and i said i like to k=join in inter one month they said you can do on line he will find name for you to select whatever name available and i suggest some name .he ask for product to order and he will set up website for me and teach me how to do
he ask for some product he will select for me he ask for 7000 dollar and i said i do not have then he said $700 for keep it in account and later i can fill up invoice later in feature and keep some balance in account because that is company policy and he will give me some 36 gift card for free because i join with life time member ship
this kind of purpose he given then i given my credit card and authorized, I ask him how to find my account ,he said visit smcorp.com and he will going to send user name and password to log in at web site ,he told me sign up & I read policy and if you not like to do business call customer service and cancel it
i read policy and i do not like company policy and at time i search in Google about company and founded consumer complain i decide to not to join in business
When i got bill i am shocked i got charge again for membership and they took another extra 100 $ (700+100+195)=995 $
I CALL COMPANY THEY told me to call other number when i call other number they tld me charge for 995 for internet website i said other person told me it's 28.99 for month he said it's $26.95 per month but you paid for all service including guiding i said i am not enrolling guide in conversation charges for advice with coach) they told me i can talk three time free before set up account and i am not even talk more than two time's
he told me to they have to run business and they have to feed warehouse employee so they need money and i getting really mad and using improper language and request for full refund he said call front desk office & i disconnect phone
person telling me 800 dollar for phone card and 195 for membership=(995)
other time i talk with associate she said 700 phone card and 295 member ship then i said company offer at time they running membership charge as is $185 why they charges inaccurate ! (700+185+100+10)=995, not make a sense only code (number) and i can't figure out what is the charge they apply in credit card
in invoice does not explain what is the charges for what
Company associate do not know what is charge apply as is 995 i decide to cancel service because different people thing.
next day i call company they said they do not know what is 995 charge apply in account they will investigation and call me back
they not call back then i call back and request to cancel account and also i told her previously i talk to her lady and her name she said no one with this name will working in this company
They hang up i call back again for request to cancel service she asked when i join and other info ,she told me if i sending back kit whatever they ship me then after they will given credit i shipped kit by ups on 08-22-2010 and same day i mail certified mail to discover card and reported i am not in this business any more so they can post full refund
first i ship to SM corp. they weight parcel box and then i requested to make photo copy of sm corp. mailing certified mail copy and that copy i send to "discover card" for proof that I send back to SM corp. and send also pre planning word in later and all explained detail between conversation and what happen with sm corp. and all experience latter send to sm corp. and discover too
Company post refund to me and after one and half month they add up or discover add up charge $995 again
I need my credit back
