i visit bank when i make right turn from bank paring lot and stay between two road (turning lane)to make a left, this road turn in plaza, their is two vehicle was front of me they not moving because traffic flowing, when traffic clear small truck make a left turn, one car front off me he is not moving his vehicle, I Press horn but he not moving? ! I trying to go over of him turn right and cross going forward on right & front of him and he’s blocking me he not let me go further , I thought he not like me when I press horn I try to go left side and cut him to go forward but he block me and not let me go.

Preplaning he pull in reverse and hit to my car !!!!!!!!!,I got a huge force i can control my self at the time I got seatbelt on but I bounce my self and left up my self and I hit my head to glass, glass got a crack ,my head swollen out side Temprature was 92or 94 degree, when my head hit to glass is turn round circle and spread line of crack, other guy was talking n his cell phone he come out and blaming me what I done !
their is no witness he call police and reported that he him me and police asking me I told police I was few fit away front of turning area and this guy push me in reverse and I found my self front of first citizen parking area, so he push me 15 to 20 feet, police officer tell we both have to move in church parking lot then police officer talk to other person who hit me in reverse, then police talk to me, police said he do not know what happen? he said I was behind that guy and he got a back bumper damage then you will get it ticket, judge will deciding who's in fault ! and if judge decided that it is not my fault then they can view your ticket but he said he has to give me ticket, he told me to present witness if you have any, i said their is no witness, then he said hire attorney and everything will work out in court and tell judge in court what happen ? !
i hire attorney in concord, NC ask for door to door then find one at same street for auto related attorney who handle this kind of case, attorney office given appointment other attorney charge also same or less this person said they doing best in town and they resolve many cases, I got a appointment the date i meeting attorney I discuss and he said is hard to prove it, it that other person pull in reverse and he hit Me!
so he can not do any think i said three day left where i can go to find other attorney he asking me what he can do/ i said do your best he said i merge with judge and he know his family with judge relationship when his father was attorney, so he trying to do something for me is cost fee of discuss $250.00 you have to pay and other amount paid latter when same on court date
court date ,i visited in office front desk lady said i have to meet attorney but he is not here then i can go in court and wait for attorney to come and he will find you or contact him 8;00 am to wait until 11:30 meet attorney he said is 1130 to 12:30 lunch time and paid fee 250.00 in office then he will work for me also he asking he show other person in court i said no he is not in court lunch time one hour lunch come back ,i visited in Taco bell, paid 250.00 in office and going in court, discuss with attorney my case was first they call my name I stand next to attorney, judge asking about Accidently then police office come out (he was Different police officer) and judge and attorney discuss and attorney told me in my ear go everything settle you wait out side ,i do not move and he told me same thing again then i left the court, he was still standing front of judge !,I do not know what they doing !
five minute after judge coming too me and he said case is denied you can go because other person was not present in court. I need justice. why should I pay for high insurance even if it’s not my fault and point count against me !
they he bleming too me he not going to work with me if any thing related to this case you wanna go further then find other atorny,i ask why/ he said why you left the court isaid you told to do so ,so i left
no no he said he not gone a work with me,he said court trying to remove point
court or insurance company they noyt nremoving point for this accident three point i paying about 1100$ for six month ( attorny not worth to pay $500)
if some one one hit you behind then whoever person is behind that is her/his fault and his/her responsible for damage
Accident day:who's responsible for this ! janmastami in india 12:05 am and here is 2:35 pm wow what a day !
what i notice:(what i belive it ?) when Accident accord that day when i step out same man he left from bank parking (he was waiting for on side of driway deposit area and he wait for me ,when i stop in two lane all traffic clear until he is not moving and talking on cell phone after acciden and polce come then i have to go dmv he come in dmv officehe was standing one person before me
what he did? nothing he go to counter ansd said something to woman and he left !,i was wating for line to renew my licence plate

What i think?:i telling one story i paid cash amount for licence plate and at the time dmv (harrisburg)told me i recieving registration card in mail pay here 29.00 dollare and i paid cash ,i do not recieve anything then other mail from raleigh notice i got to pay money,i call them that i allready paid money at the branch in local office and i do not have to pay again ,i got a argument with raleigh lady and i am realy upset and blem them i am not paying then later on i got a warning that i have to pay amount is due other wise i getinbg trouble and i paid check amount,they lost and not recieved it or not cash it? and i got a other notice coming from dmv Relighto pay fine and i send money with certified mail pay fine i call dmv for rip me off and yeld them
Posible state got a hand behind this all politics
crisis:stop killing inocent people,stop robing inocent people ,stop playoing dirty game,stop overchages on dmv tax ,stop over paying registration fee,do not pay cash for goverment related branch,keep check or credit card as is proof of payment
